The new Administration Building is a 43,000 SF structure including office space for multiple departments.

Several new classrooms are included in the facility, as well as a 2,000 SF art gallery. The gallery is a display and exhibit ‘laboratory’ for those students enrolled in the college’s art programs.

The building incorporates numerous sustainable design and construction elements, including abundant natural light sources and custom window louvers for passive heating and cooling effects.
