U.W. Marx constructed this new upscale senior apartment complex facility in Latham, NY. U.W. Marx’s scope of work as Construction Manager At-Risk included building three new 3-story wood frame apartment buildings (totaling 164,000 SF), each containing 48 one or two bedroom apartments, as well as 10 garages and associated sitework.

Hearthstone Village features an 8,000 SF community clubhouse, complete with a lap pool, locker rooms, a large community room with commercial kitchen, a billiards and game room, a media center conference room, and an exercise/fitness room.
