Site Work, Alterations and Additions

U.W. Marx provided Construction Management services to the Cherry Valley-Springfield School District for their alterations, addition and sitework project.

Site Work included re-grading, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, curbing and storm drainage.

Building elements involved more than 75,000 SF of educational spaces, and included an entrance addition, roof replacement, interior reconstruction for a new cafeteria and multiple classrooms, and upgrading of heating, electrical and plumbing systems.
