Hudson Valley Community College – Design-Build New Joseph L. Bruno Stadium

Design-Build of a new 4,500-seat baseball stadium for the Houston Astros Minor League affiliate.

Features include three levels of seating, 10 luxury suites, administration offices and conference space, concessions & catering, team merchandise store, and picnic area/family fun-zone.

The home team clubhouse facility includes an indoor pitching and hitting cage and has access to the dugouts through an underground tunnel. The clubhouses include spacious locker rooms, team lounges, offices and laundry facilities. The project also entailed constructing a new NCAA level sports complex for HVCC, including new soccer fields, tennis courts, and softball and football facilities.

This project was designed, constructed, and occupied in fifteen months, utilizing fast track design/construction phasing.
