PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- New construction of 4 story, 90,000sf building
- 72 apartments and 6,200 sf ground floor commercial space The building design offers superior quality and condition with high quality finishes and amenities and will include two elevators, laundry facilities, a community room with kitchen, management office and storage. Outdoor spaces will include a playground and surface parking.
- This project leverages the NYSERDA New Construction – Housing Program Carbon Neutral-Ready + Health and will utilize all electric, high efficiency equipment for space heating and cooling, domestic hot water, and appliances.
- The project will participate in the Clean Energy Initiative Program (CEI). The Project has been designed with advanced all-electric whole-building, decarbonization strategies and will be constructed to earn the 2020 Enterprise Green Communities Plus certification.
