Hearthstone Village is a new upscale senior apartment complex in Latham, NY. U.W. Marx built three new 3-story wood frame apartment buildings and a community center, totaling more than 172,000 s/f of new construction. U.W. Marx also constructed 10 garages on the site.

This project included extensive additions and alterations at Samaritan Village, located in Ellenville, NY. U.W. Marx worked closely with project architect Architecture + of Troy, NY in constructing this state-of-the-art residential treatment facility.

Samaratin Village Campus Expansion - PDF

U.W. Marx served as Construction Manager-at-Risk for this major project involving extensive renovations to one 19-story hi-rise building and one 9-story mid-rise building, comprising 346 senior citizen apartments.

South Mall Towers - PDF

The construction management team from U.W. Marx worked with The Kearns Group architectural firm to build Phase I of Diamond Rock Terrace, a new 115-unit senior housing facility. Consisting of three modern three-story structures, the complex rests on a steep slope overlooking historic Troy, NY and the Hudson River Valley.

U.W. Marx conducted a complete renovation and rehabilitation of an occupied 146-unit apartment complex. Construction was segmented into three-phases to allow the owner to "roll-over" tenants and minimize rental losses.
