U.W. Marx is providing construction management services to The Enlarged City School District of Troy for the District's 2010 Capital Project.

The $56 million project will correct structural and safety problems at the 192,000 s/f Doyle Middle School (DMS), modernize the District's athletic fields and provide needed repairs to Troy High School.

The U.W. Marx Construction Company team has provided construction services to the Mohonasen Central School District for more than $60 million of additions, renovations and new construction throughout the school district since 1996.

U.W. Marx recently completed the district's EXCEL Capital Expansion Project, and is currently assisting the District in determining needs for the school's Long Term Planning.

U.W. Marx served as construction manager for this multi-phased project for the Granville Central School District that included additions and renovations at Granville Jr/Sr. High School, Granville Elementary School & Mary J. Tanner Elementary School.

The project was divided into three unique phases in order to minimize interference with ongoing activities at the school buildings.
