Reynolds Hall at Clarkson University

This aggressively-scheduled project at Clarkson added an additional floor to each of the Quad residence halls.

In addition to the new fourth floor, the project scope of work included asbestos abatement and major renovations to the four buildings' mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This major project, involving more than 30,000 SF of new construction and 95,000 SF of renovation work was delivered by the U.W. Marx team in only 111 days.
