Moore House at Clarkson University

This aggressively-scheduled project at Clarkson is adding an additional floor to the East and West wings of Moore House.

The project also includes demolition of the existing one-story center building down to its foundation, and construction of a new 27,700sf four-story center building up from the existing foundation. The basement of the building will be renovated to include new M/E/P systems, as well as updates to the building's telecommunications and security infrastructure.

The project, slated for substantial completion in 2012, is expected to add more than 260 beds to Clarkson's student residence inventory.
