"Anyone who has visited the Joseph L. Bruno Stadium at Hudson Valley Community College, understands why I have no hesitation in recommending the services of U.W. Marx. U.W. Marx served as the [design-builder] on the stadium project and the Troy-based company was professional, hard-working and on target with both the completion date of the project and in fulfilling Hudson Valley's vision for "The Joe." "The Joe" will certainly stand as testament to U.W. Marx's abilities for years to come."

NEW CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS / GENERAL CONTRACTING
Recreation and Convocation Center, University at Albany
Located on the SUNY University at Albany campus, "The R.A.C.C." was built to accommodate the college's increasing student population, and to feature "The Great Dane" basketball and volleyball teams. The facility is used throughout the year for sporting events, concerts and commencement activities. The R.A.C.C. has also served as summer home to the National Football League's New York Giants since 1996.
U.W. Marx built the 4,538 seating-capacity gymnasium adjacent to the existing Physical Education Department. The two story-level facility increased athletic department capacity to 200,000 SF adding locker rooms, racquetball courts, a nautilus room, indoor track, basketball, and volleyball courts. Included in the construction was a tunnel connecting the R.A.C.C. with an existing sports/athletic building.
