Town of Esopus, NY - New Town Hall
The Esopus Town hall is a new 20,000 square foot two-story building located on Route 9W in
Port Ewen, Ulster County, NY.
The new building will serve as a town hall housing all departments of the Town of Esopus Town Government,
as well as an Ulster County Sheriff substation, Town Courthouse and community center.
U.W. Marx served as general contractor on the project, coordinating with five other prime contractors.

Brookwood Secure Center, Claverack, NY
U.W. Marx constructed a new fully secure facility for the New York State Division of Youth.
The four wings of the structure each contained special housing facilities, gymnasiums and administrative offices.
Marx also rehabilitated an existing section of the facility, completing all work with minimal interference to ongoing activities at the site.

COURTHOUSE RENOVATION
Troy Public Safety Building, Troy, NY
Renovations to the City of Troy's 30,000 SF police headquarters and city court included additions and restorations to the court rooms,
holding cells, entry ways, elevators, maintenance and storage areas.
A major part of the restoration was masonry work and reinforcement of the building's historical facade.
The phased construction plan allowed both the police station and the city court system to stay operational throughout the project's duration.

Middletown Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, Middletown, NY
U.W. Marx built the first alcohol treatment rehabilitation center for the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
This "state-of-the-art" 60 bed, 36,400 SF facility includes a clinic, meeting rooms, and administrative space.

Hale Creek ASACT Center, Johnstown, NY
U.W. Marx constructed a new, highly-specialized correctional facility. The scope of work included
construction of three new 10,000 SF dormitory buildings.
All work was completed within a six-month time frame, and under the restrictions and security of an active correctional facility.

Chateaugay ASACT Center, Chateaugay, NY
U.W. Marx constructed a new 200-bed medium-security correctional facility.
Comprising 14 new metal structures, the facility included secure inmate housing areas, gymnasiums and administrative offices.
