WAMC Radio Studio & Linda Norris Auditorium, Adaptive Reuse Project

As construction manager, U.W. Marx renovated and restored a historically significant bank building for WAMC Northeast Public Radio into a live performance theater and radio studio, including the new 200-seat Linda A. Norris Auditorium.

It is a cultural and artistic center, where musicians, performers, academic forums, films, and lectures are featured.

The CM At-Risk project was recognized by the NY-NJ Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America as Project of the Year for 2002.
